Arrival Time

We ask that clients please arrive on time for your appointment. Please call the salon directly if you are running late so we can accommodate
you. If you are more than 20 minutes late we may need to alter or cancel the service. Sending a text or private message on social media will not be accepted for any late arrivals or cancellations.

Deposits

We require a $50 booking deposit to secure all appointments. This amount will be deducted off the final bill of your service on the day.

No refunds are issued for cancellations or change of mind. Should you have to cancel or reschedule, the booking deposit will be used as a credit for a future booking or alternatively to purchase any product.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule any appointments, we respectfully request minimum 24 hours to 48 hours notice. A 50% service fee applies cancellation if you cancel within the 24 hours before your appointment. You will be required to pay 50% of your next service to secure another appointment. We send text reminders 48 hours prior to ensure you have sufficient time to contact us and reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please note if we do not receive any confirmation within the 24 hours we do reserve the right to cancel your appointment. Missed appointments are hard on our staff and we ask that clients are understanding of our time. The cancellation period allows us to fill missed appointments and offer services to other clients on our wait list.

Refund Policy

Our team is focused and dedicated to provide exceptional customer service and care. We provide full and detailed consultations prior to all
services to ensure our clients leave happy. We do not offer any refunds for services however, if you have any concerns or questions about your hair please contact us within a week of your service. 

If you are not satisfied with the work, we do require that you return to the salon for a consultation with the stylist that performed the service. At that time we will make every effort to reschedule with the stylist within that week. Contact us directly at the salon or via email to arrange that visit.
